GENBAND’s Professional Services provide expert resources, tools and best practices required to transform legacy technology to IP and mobility.  Our portfolio comprises Network Implementation Services and GENBAND CARE which is a comprehensive technical and hardware support service suite.  Network Implementation Services are further sub-divided into (i) Plan and Deploy Services and (ii) Advanced Services.  We recognize that based on transformation needs our customers will require varying degrees of assistance.  Our methodology is to work with our customers to establish the right mix of services to make the transformation efficient, timely and cost-effective.  In any transformation our experts collaborate with our customers resources to form transformational centers of excellence.   As an example, for a legacy transformation we can join hands with our customers to not only provide project based services and technical support during and after the transformation but also provide additional expert-help to supplement and complement the customer’s skills and resource mix at any stage in the process.
