How to Register for Courses

Please complete and submit the form details below to request a training course.

If you have any questions regarding our course offerings, please call 866-GENBAND and ask for Training.

Note: Please review course curriculum and prerequisites before registering for any course. Registration must be received at least ten(10) business days prior to the course start date. Seats in any course are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. GENBAND's receipt of the Course Registration from does not constitute a reservation. For individual registrations, an enrollment confirmation email will be sent within two weeks of registering for the course.

Course Cancellation Policy
By Customer:
Registrations must be cancelled up to 10 calendar days before the course start date for a full tuition refund. To avoid cancellation charges: cancel the course within the autorized timeframe; enroll a replacement person; or choose a different start date for the same course. Tuition will be charged based on the original enrollment date. If non of the above cacellation options are chosen, the full tuition will be charged.
By GENBAND:
Courses must be rescheduled, cancelled or changed due to changes in the course length. If, three weeks before the course date, the minimum number of attendees has not registered, GENBAND reserves the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment. GENBAND will make every effort to contact the students affected by schedule changes.
