GENBAND User Group

The GENBAND User Group offers multiple opportunities for GENBAND’s customers to get together and discuss ways to improve and enhance their networks and business.
 
The User Group Community Portal is a website that enables all GENBAND customers to interact and ask questions of each other.  Managed jointly by GENBAND and its customers, it includes user-administered forums by product, downloadable information on product features and development plans, polls, an event calendar, and user group “Request Tracker” for prioritizing and sharing items of interest to users. We recently moved the website to a new server to improve its performance and support even more users, so if you haven’t yet joined, please do so now at http://www.genbanduser.com.
 
GENBAND also is pleased to sponsor an annual User Group meeting for our customers. Organized with the User Group leadership, the annual meeting lets you meet with other GENBAND customers and GENBAND management across the company.
