BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Michael Flynn, an industry veteran with over 34 years of experience, has a proven track record of profitably implementing next-generation, high-value services to capitalize on market and revenue opportunities. Mr. Flynn is a retired executive of ALLTEL Corporation, having joined in 1994 as President of the Telephone Group and later President of Communications Operations, CIO and special assistant to the CEO. Prior to joining Alltel, he spent 24 years with Southwestern Bell and the Bell System where, since 1991, he served as President of the Arkansas Division. Mr. Flynn is a current member of the board of directors of Airspan Networks (NASDQ: AIRN) and WebEx Communications (NASDQ; WEBX). He servers on the advisory board of Daly, Hook Partners and is a former board member of Taqua Systems, as well as the United States Telephone Association.
